With a total length of up to 330 cm, the STIHL HLA 86 is a cordless long-reach hedge trimmer that is ideal for caring for tall hedges, bushes and even plants close to the ground. Professionals in gardening and landscaping, local authorities and caretakers are particularly impressed by the high ergonomics thanks to the weight-reduced square telescopic shaft. With the long-reach hedge trimmer, you can extend your reach by a total of 70 cm without tools. The double-sided cutting blades ensure a clean cutting pattern. These are driven by an EC engine that operates so quietly that you can also work in noise-sensitive areas such as residential neighbourhoods.

The adjustable cutter barcan be folded parallel to the shaft for easy transport. In total, you can adjust the cutter bar by up to 115° (-45° to +70°). The control handle is equipped with a self-resetting locking lever and can be used by right-handed and left-handed users. The handle bar is equipped with an anti-slip guard so that you can work efficiently at all times.
